With TowerBrook Capital Partners, we have had a strong international majority shareholder behind us since 2023 to facilitate further growth in the Netherlands and explore expansion into foreign markets. TowerBrook is B Corp certified and supports us in rolling out our mission to solve major societal themes integrally. Alongside TowerBrook stands co-shareholder Gilde Equity Management, an engaged partner since 2018 and accelerator of the growth we've pursued since then.

Team EIFFEL combines flexible capacity with consultancy expertise. We can both provide complete solutions for specific problems and execute targeted advisory or expertise assignments. This ranges from policy advice to long-term management of large infrastructure projects. We also provide professionals (individually or in teams) on an hourly basis for temporary staffing challenges, such as replacement during illness, leave, or workload.
Consultancy and staffing capacity through Team EIFFEL offers flexibility, access to specialist knowledge, and quick deployment without lengthy recruitment. We take over contractual and administrative burdens. Through our permanent employment contracts, we protect clients from risks around employment law for temporary staff.
There is no maximum duration for assignments. However, we encourage our professionals to continue developing—that's why they work at Team EIFFEL. When a professional is ready for the next step, we discuss with the client the possibilities for additional responsibilities or replacement by another talent. We then ensure a careful onboarding process for a smooth transition.
After your contact request through our site, a sector and discipline-specific relationship manager contacts you for an intake conversation. For an individual professional, we can usually make a proposal within 1-2 days, with the possibility of a quick start. For more complex assignments, we involve an experienced consultant to explore the assignment and make an appropriate proposal.
Yes, virtually all our employees have permanent employment contracts. With flexible staffing from EIFFEL, you run no risk of additional assessments or fines from the tax authorities due to a possible employment relationship. With freelancers or intermediaries, this risk can exist due to enforcement of employment law as of January 1, 2025.
