Forze Hydrogen Racing is a student team dedicated to building a hydrogen-powered race car. The team was named after the Formula Zero Competition and was founded in 2007 by Edgar van Os. Each year, a group of students devotes their time to designing, developing, and producing a hydrogen race car. Forze's mission is to promote hydrogen as a future fuel in the automotive industry. The goal of the Forze IX is to compete in the GT class of the Supercar Challenge — the fastest racing division — going head-to-head with top-tier production cars, including Porsches and Lamborghinis.

Our role

EIFFEL Projects supports Forze in setting up an integrated planning framework that helps achieve the key objectives: getting the Forze IX race-ready for the spring 2023 season. We also advise on establishing and securing processes, with a focus on time, cost, risk, and scope. Through a risk analysis, we identify and assess risks that affect the feasibility of the project's objectives. This gives clear insight into the impact of risks on the project's time, cost, and scope.

What we're proud of

Since September 2021, EIFFEL Project Controls — part of EIFFEL Projects — has been involved with Forze. We contribute to the development of hydrogen race cars and are currently working on the realization of the Forze IX.
