EIFFEL Projects receives highest rating in provisional award from Rijkswaterstaat
- EIFFEL Projects

EIFFEL Projects received the maximum A-score as the only bidder in Lot 1 in the provisional award of the Collaboration Framework Agreement Project and Process Management 2 (SROK PPB2). This rating applies to the quality plan that forms the basis of our approach to project management within Rijkswaterstaat (Public Works).
The new collaboration runs from July 2025 to July 2029, with a possible extension to 2031. Within this framework agreement, selected parties are invited to bid on future Public Works assignments—the so-called Further Agreements (NOKs). EIFFEL Projects bid on Lot 1 (Project Management), in combination with Nebest. Nebest in turn submitted a bid for Lot 2 (System-Oriented Contract Management), also in collaboration with EIFFEL Projects. That lot was awarded a B-score.
The quality plan was evaluated on timeliness, applicability, and quality assurance— particularly in relation to Rijkswaterstaats’ methods and developments. The A-score emphasizes our expertise, alignment with the PDCA cycle, and the extent to which our professionals possess current knowledge of the Rijkswaterstaatmethodology.
With this provisional award, Rijkswaterstaat underscores its confidence in our approach. The final award is expected on June 27, 2025.
