Team EIFFEL Expands Boundaries with New Shareholder

Team EIFFEL is taking a new step in its mission to guide governments and organizations toward a sustainable future. In addition to strong growth in the Netherlands—where the company has grown over 30 years into the largest project, consultancy and interim firm—Team EIFFEL is now also exploring opportunities in Europe. International investment fund TowerBrook Capital Partners will partner with current shareholder Gilde Equity Management to realize this ambition, subject to advice from the central works council and approval from the competition authority.
Success Story in the Netherlands
Team EIFFEL's success began more than 30 years ago and accelerated after the acquisition by Gilde in 2018. The company grew organically and through acquisitions of strong market players in the Netherlands. Today, Team EIFFEL supports businesses and local governments with smart solutions for complex challenges in areas such as legal, finance, project management, supply chain management and data.
With more than 2,500 consultants, the organization stands strong. The fund is B Corp certified and helps Team EIFFEL expand its mission: not only making an impact for clients, but also as a good employer and sustainable player in society.
