As of November 1, EIFFEL, Palladio, Balance, TASK and DPA are intensifying their collaboration. The companies will continue together in the new holding company Team EIFFEL, which will also include ConQuaestor, Fagro and YOBZ (part of DPA). The 8 organizations will maintain their own services but combine forces on marketing, HR, finance, IT and growth strategy. Together they form a community of more than 2,500 professionals.

A New Step Forward

With the launch of Team EIFFEL, a new step is being taken as a high-quality, integrated service provider. Team EIFFEL aims to make a difference on complex societal themes such as immigration, energy, climate, infrastructure and area development. By combining expertise, a multidisciplinary approach emerges—something increasingly requested in project management, infrastructure and transition.

Thanks to this consolidation, Team EIFFEL can deliver large, complex projects completely turnkey. At the same time, the companies continue their own services in legal, finance, data and project management. This way, they increase their impact at businesses and governments together.

Growing Against the Current

By strategically combining knowledge and capacity, Team EIFFEL aims to respond to labor market scarcity. The goal is to grow to 4,000 consultants within a few years. This way, Team EIFFEL contributes to direct capacity solutions and to a future-proof Netherlands.

The Team Behind Team EIFFEL

The management team consists of Gert-Jan Meppelink (CEO), Karima van Zadelhoff (CHRO) and Yke Bonenberg (CFO). Imen Laroussi is responsible for marketing strategy as Director Marketing & Communications. Esther Huizinga, Thomas Meijer, Bram van Beetz and Sadako Huitema lead the business teams of DPA, Palladio, EIFFEL and Balance/TASK respectively.
