We want to create a work environment where everyone feels heard and respected. This requires clear standards and active safeguarding. This way, we strive to make our values tangible in practice and keep each other sharp, both within and outside the organization.

Safe work environment

A safe work environment starts with trust. We ensure clear procedures, listening ears, and clear boundaries. Confidential advisors, complaints procedures, periodic risk assessments, and responsible resource use are structurally secured in our organization. This way, we ensure everyone can be themselves and feel safe.

Unbiased hiring

We strive for a fair and inclusive recruitment process where candidates are evaluated on their skills and potential. We actively monitor objectivity and critically review our communication to prevent unconscious exclusion. When we see signs of structural underrepresentation, we consider appropriate measures, with respect for equal treatment. This way, we build a diverse organization where everyone can develop. This creates stronger teams, innovative ideas, and a better reflection of the society in which we work.

Integrity risks

We're working on a future-proof and organization-wide Code of Conduct that provides direction in situations where integrity may be under pressure. Our standards and expectations are already actively communicated, including during onboarding, and will soon gain extra strength with an organization-wide Code of Conduct. Our zero-tolerance policy regarding corruption and bribery underscores our clear boundaries.

Ensuring quality

At Team EIFFEL, we greatly value the continuity and security of our digital work environment. We take measures to keep data and systems available, reliable, and secure, from current cloud software to protection against cyber threats and testing backup procedures. At the same time, we develop central security guidelines and strengthen awareness around information security. Privacy also has our full attention: we act in line with GDPR and are supported by a specialized Privacy Officer. This way, we ensure employees and clients can trust in safe and careful handling of their data.
