Learning and development
As a consultancy and interim organization, our value revolves around knowledge and development. Through the Team EIFFEL Academy, all colleagues get access to a wide range of training, coaching, and learning paths, both physical and digital. Continuous learning and development is woven into everything: from performance management to mental vitality, from leadership to specialization. In total, our employees completed 42,580.02 hours of training during 2024.
Inclusive employment and social engagement
In addition to our internal development programs, we also actively focus on inclusive employment. Through Social Return projects, we place available consultants at nonprofit organizations, train people with distance to the labor market, and make socially responsible purchases. This way, we directly fulfill our social responsibility in the public sector.
Think of initiatives such as JINC (application training and coaching for students), Erik Scherder Huis (guidance for youth with brain injuries), De Ster Foundation (support for summer camps for vulnerable youth), and the program 'Iedereen is een Meester' (guest teaching at primary schools). Also through PEP, UAF, The Klub, Present Apeldoorn, and other partners, we deploy our expertise for social organizations.
