We provide the program, you provide the opportunities
High-quality recruitment and selection, an adaptive learning program, coaching by thought leaders in the field, quality assurance: in this partnership, we handle it all. Meanwhile, your organization provides the practice environment where talent grows, with at least 1 suitable assignment of 8 to 12 months and commitment to the full 3-year journey.
When the Bridge Builder completes the learning program, we discuss ambitions and perspective together. This opens doors for you to hire the Bridge Builder at no cost after 3 years of gaining multidisciplinary knowledge and experience. 3 years of adaptive learning
AI is part of our field. Today already and definitely tomorrow. That's why tech is woven into the 60+ training days that Bridge Builders complete. It's part of an adaptive program, tailored to the individual's skills and ambitions and directly applicable in practice.
Year 1
Foundation in project management, project control, and working in force fields. Plus the first AI applications that are directly usable in project work.
Year 2
Targeted growth in role and content, with assignments that strengthen the profile. More direction, more advisory work, more ownership.
Year 3
Leadership and anchoring, structuring complexity, leading (sub)projects, and sharing knowledge in the community.
