Consultancy and project management firm Team EIFFEL is launching Bridge Builders today: the development program from EIFFEL Projects & Engineering. This 3-year program is designed to prepare a new generation of highly educated specialists for careers in the built environment and industry. Bridge Builders work for at least 3 different Team EIFFEL clients over 3 years. They receive hands-on training through co-creation in real-world settings. During this period, these high-potentials grow into multidisciplinary, AI-ready professionals.

Entry-level Gen Z professionals start working with clients immediately

Martin Wolfswinkel, managing director EIFFEL Bridge Builders: "Gen Z graduates typically spend their first 5 years searching for what they truly want and can do. This means they stay with an employer for just 18 months on average during that period. Many organizations struggle to attract, engage, and retain this generation. That's exactly what we address with Bridge Builders. We offer clear development prospects and a high degree of variety, challenge, and change—with at least 3 different clients in 3 years. The labor market demands people with at least 3 years of relevant knowledge and experience. That's precisely what Bridge Builders provides, from a multidisciplinary perspective!"

Co-creation with clients

Bridge Builders work across the entire built environment and industry, focusing on major societal challenges. They gain unique practical knowledge in different contexts and challenges, and actively share knowledge within the program and with clients. Wolfswinkel: "A key principle of Bridge Builders is co-creation: we work for and with our clients' teams. Bridge Builders learn from experienced Team EIFFEL professionals, from clients, and from each other. This way, they add value while working on their personal growth."

At the end of the program, Bridge Builders receive guidance in choosing their permanent employer. The choice ultimately lies with the Bridge Builder.
